Anand Hosieries operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, designed to handle every stage of innerwear production without depending on external job-work units for critical processes.
Our infrastructure includes dedicated floor space and machinery for knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching and packing, supported by a warehousing facility that ensures smooth inventory flow for both domestic distribution and export shipments. Utilities, quality-testing stations and staff welfare facilities are built into the same campus to keep the entire operation efficient and well-supervised.
This infrastructure gives Anand Hosieries the flexibility to handle high-volume OEM orders, smaller private label runs, and continuous replenishment for our own brands — all from a single, well-organised production base.
As demand grows, we continue to invest in additional machinery and floor space rather than outsourcing capacity, keeping the same quality standards in place regardless of order size or client type.
