Quality Assurance
As a cotton innerwear manufacturer, Anand Hosieries treats quality assurance as a continuous process rather than a single inspection step. Checks are built into every stage of manufacturing, from raw yarn and fabric testing to final packed-goods inspection.
Incoming yarn and fabric are checked for count, GSM and shrinkage consistency before entering production. During knitting and dyeing, colour-fastness and fabric strength are monitored closely, since these directly affect comfort and durability of the finished innerwear. At the stitching stage, seam strength, elastic quality and finishing are inspected batch by batch.
Before packing, finished garments undergo a final quality check for stitching defects, sizing accuracy and overall presentation. This layered approach allows Anand Hosieries to maintain consistent standards across large OEM orders as well as smaller private label runs.
Quality assurance at Anand Hosieries is treated as a shared responsibility across departments rather than the job of a single inspection team, which is why checks are built into knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching and packing rather than concentrated only at the end of the line.
