As a cotton innerwear manufacturer, Anand Hosieries has introduced additional quality checkpoints across its production line, reinforcing the standards described on our Quality Assurance page.
The updated process includes closer monitoring of fabric GSM, colour-fastness after dyeing, and seam strength during stitching, ensuring that both our own brands and our OEM and private label clients receive consistent, dependable output batch after batch.
In-line supervisors have also been given expanded checklists covering elastic tension, sizing accuracy and finishing quality, with batch-wise records maintained for OEM and export clients who require documented quality assurance as part of their sourcing process.
This move is part of our broader effort to remain a trusted textile manufacturing company for partners across India and international markets, and reflects feedback gathered from long-standing distributor and OEM relationships.
Our quality team plans to review these expanded checkpoints periodically, adjusting them as new fabric types or garment styles are introduced across our brand and OEM production lines.
