Packing
Packing is the final touchpoint before goods leave our facility, and it matters especially for private label innerwear clients who require brand-specific tags, labels and packaging. Our packing unit handles folding, tagging, poly-bagging and cartoning to client specifications.
For private label and OEM orders, we accommodate custom labels, size stickers and packaging formats as agreed with the client, ensuring the finished product is ready for retail or distribution.
- Folding, tagging and poly-bagging
- Support for custom private label packaging and tags
- Final quality check before cartoning
Before folding and bagging, each garment undergoes a final visual and measurement check, since this is the last opportunity to catch a stitching or sizing defect before the product reaches a distributor, retailer or end customer.
Our packing team works from client-approved packaging specifications for private label and OEM orders, whether that means specific poly-bag artwork, hang tags, barcode stickers or carton labelling required for a particular retail or export destination.
Packed cartons are then handed over to our warehouse team for storage and dispatch coordination, keeping the process moving smoothly from production floor to delivery.
