Seam placement and elastic attachment are two of the most important factors in innerwear comfort, since poorly finished seams or loose elastic are among the most common causes of customer complaints in this category. Our stitching operators follow standardised construction methods for each style to keep this consistent across every unit produced.
In-line supervisors carry out spot checks throughout the stitching run rather than waiting until the end of a batch, so that any deviation in stitch tension, seam strength or elastic tightness is corrected quickly.
Finished garments move from stitching directly to our packing stage, where a final quality check is carried out before folding and packaging.
