Knitting is the first stage of our manufacturing process, where cotton and cotton-lycra yarn is converted into fabric using circular knitting machines. As a hosiery manufacturer in Tiruppur, this stage is central to our identity, since hosiery fabric quality begins here.
Our knitting unit monitors yarn tension, stitch density and fabric GSM closely to ensure the resulting fabric meets the softness, stretch and durability standards required for innerwear.

Selecting the right yarn is the first decision in the knitting process. We work primarily with combed cotton and cotton-lycra blends, chosen for their balance of softness, breathability and stretch recovery, which are essential qualities for everyday innerwear worn close to the skin.
Once yarn is loaded onto our circular knitting machines, operators continuously check for common fabric faults such as needle lines, holes or uneven loops. Any fabric roll that does not meet our internal specification is flagged and set aside before it ever reaches the dyeing stage, preventing quality issues from carrying forward through the rest of production.
Because knitting output feeds directly into dyeing and eventually cutting, we plan knitting batches to match downstream order volumes, keeping work-in-progress inventory efficient across our OEM, private label and in-house brand production lines.
